Thankful for Allah

AS SALAAMU ALAIKUM WA RAHMATULLAH WA BARAKATOO

Am I Thankful To Allah

Am I truly grateful for each breath that I take,

For each and every moment that I am awake?

Do I thank Allah for my restful sleep,

And for the dreams that cause me to weep?

Am I honestly thankful to the Almighty One,

For the early morning mist, the bright, rising sun?

During Fajr prayer, I use my soft prayer mat,

As Allah’s servant, do I appreciate that?

Throughout the day, do I realize,

That Allah, All knowing and the Most Wise,

Gives me what I need and so much more

And that I have so much to be grateful for?

The scent of fresh rain, a small child’s laugh,

My sisters who choose to stand for Islam,

Each piece of fruit, each glass of water,

Brothers protecting their sons and their daughters.

A grandmother’s love, a book of Hadith,

The clothes that I wear, the food that I eat.

The book that I should follow, the Holy Quran,

Promoting the good and ending the wrong.

So I must ask myself every beautiful day,

Am I truly grateful for each breath that I take,

For each and every moment that I am awake?

Do I thank Allah for my restful sleep,

And for the dreams that cause me to weep?

YES! I AM TRULY THANKFUL FOR ALLAH AND WHAT HE HAS DECREED UPON US

AND I AM THANKFUL FOR YOU, FOR I LOVE YOU FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH

Several try and find it in women

With these the buzz you may gain

Not lasting long, your efforts in vain

The truth is this is not where it can be found

So stop all this crazy fooling around

And remember your Lord in repentance and humility

For only through this will you find serenity and tranquillity

Give up this worldly and material yearn

Cinta dan Keinginan

Ayat-ayat cinta drama on air at 10 pm on Saturday 15th August 2009......make me realised that LOVE and WANT TO OWN IT totally different description. Somebody LOVE not to own it whereas someone else WANT TO OWN it with description that is LOVE.

But now....I realised that LOVE just a LOVE that does not OWN anything and WANT TO OWN IT does not mean a LOVE.

Unique feeling but it is a MIRACLE.
