Dr. Carlo was hired by the Cellular Telephone Industry



Association in 1993 to lead a $28 million, 7-year research


program to determine if cell phones were safe.



He was fired when it became clear that his research did


not support the cell phone industry’s claims of safety.






Observing the following simple precautions and


recommendations can reduce your exposure to dangerous


electromagnetic radiation (EMR).




*Cell Phone Safety Recommendations



*1. Don’t allow children to use cell phones, except


for emergencies. *


Ø Don't buy them a cell phone.


Ø Children’s skulls are thinner and their brains


contain more fluid than adults’. Electromagnetic radiation


travels more easily through liquids;


therefore, radio frequencies travel through children’s


brains much more easily. This puts children at a greater


risk of developing cancer through exposure to EMR.


Ø Malignant brain tumors are the second leading


cause of death in children [under the age of 15] and young


adults [under the age of 34], according to


NeurologyChannel. com


Ø Brain tumors now cause more deaths among


children than any other form of cancer, reports Sydney TV News.

Ø If your children already have cell phones, and


for whatever reason you decide not to change the status quo,


don’t let them sleep with their cell phones under their


pillows. (You might be surprised where your kids keep


their cell phones!)


Ø They shouldn’t play games on cell phones,


either.


Ø It’s wise to teach your children why you don’t


want them to use cell phones. Educate them about the dangers.


Help them understand and accept that you are responsible


for their safety, and that, as they get older, they


begin to share that responsibility too.


Ø Be an example to them by not using cell phones


yourself if you can at all avoid it.






*2. Avoid using a cell phone if you are pregnant, or suspect that you might be.


Ø Don’t use a cell phone with a baby or young


child on your lap or in your arms. The developing organs of the


fetus or child are the most sensitive to any possible


effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) exposure.

Ø Ultrasound and electronic fetal monitoring also


expose your unborn infant to EMR. You may want to


consider avoiding these procedures unless absolutely

*3. Limit the amount of time you talk on cell


phones. *


Ø The more time you spend talking on cell phones,


the greater your risk of developing brain or eye cancer.

Ø Just a two-minute call on a cell phone can alter


the natural electrical activity of the brain for up to an


hour. [Reference: Spanish Neuro Diagnostic Research


Institute]


Ø Be polite, but keep it brief. Discourage


unnecessary conversations on the cell phone. You may be


saving a life - quite possibly your own or that of a loved


one.


Ø Consider using text messages as much as


possible, but still only when truly necessary. Develop your own


strategy for avoiding long conversations on the cell


phone.






*4. Use a regular phone as much as possible.


Ø Regular phones are your safest bet for


conversations and work. >


Ø Cordless phones aren’t safe either. The base of


any cordless phone emits high levels of EMR, even when the

*5. Keep the cell phone as far away from your body


as possible. *


Ø By moving the cell phone just 5 cm (approximately


2 inches) away from your head while talking on it, you


reduce by 75% the electromagnetic radiation that reaches

Ø You cut your EMR exposure to less than 1% by


keeping the cell phone over 18 cm (approximately 7 inches) away


from any part of your body. [Reference: R. B. Herberman,

* 6. Avoid carrying your cell phone in your pocket, on


your belt, or in your hand.


Ø The hip produces 80% of the body’s red blood


cells and is especially vulnerable to EMR damage. Close


proximity may also affect fertility. [Reference: Dr.

Ø Body tissue in the abdomen absorbs radiation more


quickly than the head.


Ø If you carry a cell phone in your purse, you


should position it with the keypad facing toward you in order to


get less EMR. For you women who like purses with two or


more compartments, you can carry the phone in the


compartment farthest from your body. Avoid carrying a


cell phone in a fanny pack (also known, depending on


where you live, as hip pack, bum bag, pouch, etc.)


It’s too close to your body.

* 7. Avoid using wired headsets.

Ø Headsets, including the ear buds that come with


most cell phones today, have been shown to act as antennas,


channeling the EMR directly into the ear canal.

Ø When you use regular ear buds or ear pieces,


you’re getting 3 times more EMR than if you held the cell phone


against your ear, and you’re getting it directly into


your ear canal, and therefore into your brain.


Ø This is also a good reason to avoid listening to


music on your cell phone.

* 8. Use an air tube headset with ferrite beads.

Ø This type of headset is believed to be safer,


because EMR can’t travel up the air tube like it does on a


regular wired earphone.


Ø Unlike regular headsets, the air tube headset


doesn’t act as an antenna.

Ø Ferrite beads suppress the EMR and dissipate it.


In other words, they absorb the EMR and convert it into


heat.


Ø For maximum protection, use an air tube headset


with a ferrite bead placed as near as possible to the cell


phone.

* 9. Use the speaker phone as much as possible.

Ø Never hold the phone directly against your head.

Ø EMR decreases in direct proportion to the


distance the source is from your body.

Ø It's better if you don't even have the phone in


your hand. The damage from EMR is not limited to tissue damage


near the exposure site.


*10. Some suggest using a BlueTooth head piece.

Ø It’s reported that BlueTooth headsets emit


1/100th the EMR of a normal cell phone. That’s good. But


whatever EMR a BlueTooth headset does emit, it does so


directly into the ear. Caution is warranted.


* 11. Avoid using a cell phone while in metal


enclosures.*


Ø This includes the following : Vehicles;


Elevators; Airplanes; Trains; Subways; and any other metal enclosure.

Ø Turn your phone off inside all metal enclosures.

Ø Metal enclosures act like a Faraday cage,


trapping some of the radiation and reflecting it back on you and


others.


Ø Sometimes when I’m in an elevator I tell other


passengers about the benefits of turning their phones off.


Unfortunately, not many do, but who knows’ Eventually


they may start turning them off.


Ø There’s another very good reason not to talk on a


cell phone when you’re driving : talking on the phone


while driving, even if you use the speaker phone,


increases the risk of having an accident.


Ø So our recommendation is to just turn off your


cell phone when you get into your car. You can get your


messages later when you arrive safely at your destination.


*12. Only make calls when and where you have a


strong signal. *


Ø Cell phones automatically increase power output


when the signal is weak, exposing you to greater EMR.


*13. Avoid making calls when traveling fast.


Ø A cell phone automatically increases power when


it is moving at high speeds (such as in a car, train, subway,


or plane) as it attempts to connect to the next cell


phone base station. >

*14. Turn your cell phone off at night.


Ø EMR emitted from cell phones can lower the


quality of your sleep. All electrical appliances emit EMR, and


therefore can interfere with the quality of sleep.

Ø The Safe Wireless Initiative suggests moving your


electric alarm clock or clock radio (this goes for any


other electronic or electrical appliances, too) at least


1.8 meters (6 feet) away from your bed. A battery-powered


alarm clock can be used near the bed.


Ø If you must leave your cell phone on during the


night to be able to receive emergency calls, for example -


keep your cell phone at least 1.8 meters (6 feet) away


from the bed. This might seem like a big inconvenience,


but isn’t it worth it if it might keep you from


EMR-induced cancer’


*15. If you purchase a cell phone, get one with a


low SAR (Specific Absorption Rate).


Ø The lower the SAR number, the better.


Ø The Motorola Razr V3x has a SAR of 0.14, which


is the lowest we’ve seen. We’ve heard there may be others


with even lower SAR ratings.


Ø The Motorola V195s has a SAR of 1.6, the worst


on the market.


Ø Many cell phone manuals indicate the SAR number


of that particular model.

defends the companies’ policies.)

*16. Act now. Don’t wait for health officials to


acknowledge the dangers of cell phone EMR.


Ø Smoking, VIOXX, and Thalidomide (and the list


goes on) were touted as safe for a long time, with tragic


consequences.


Ø It is estimated that VIOXX was responsible for as


many as 50,000 deaths in the US alone before it was taken


off the market!






* 17. If we do our very best, we can trust God to do


the rest. *


Ø We can’t protect ourselves from all danger. And


we don’t want to be fearful, as that’s one more stress


that’s also detrimental to our emotional and physical


health.


Ø But we can - and should - work at becoming truly


informed, and then act on that information to the very


best of our ability.


Ø Then, when we’ve done what we can, we can pray


and trust God to do what we can’t.

family’s.

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.
�


What is the correct way of eating fruits?


�
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
�


If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
�
FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.
�
In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining - every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can u believe this?? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Hari Raya Eid Fitri 2009

This year 2009, my eid fitri will be more cheerful than before.  I had contributed to renovation of my kampung house. I hope my mother will like it. She happy...the world will happy too. I bought deco flower for my own house. I will capture the pics later.

This Ramadhan, I am very persistent about waking up for sahur. I never fail till today. Alhamdulilah. I hope this will be continuously as long as I m still live in this world.

My works.... now become better and better. I have captured all the knowledge that I suppose to know and master it. My business....I am getting better and better. I hope also it will continuously till I get what I want to get. Alhamdulillah.

My family is getting bigger and bigger as my bro got a pair twin. Alhamdulillah.

Some tips for prevention from AIMS doctor, although bit lengthy but worth reading..

Friends,

Thanks to media hype about H1N1, several people who trust me have either approached or called me to advise. The hype in media about the utility of face masks and N95 respirators as a tool for general protection against H1N1 can't be deplored enough. Yesterday, a friend who listened wanted me to write down briefly what I advised so that he could tell others in similar words. Hence this short email to friends whom I have advised recently (and others whom I haven't yet). Please realize that this is not an official advice, especially the one about face masks or N95.

Most N95 respirators are designed to filter 95% particulates of 0.3µ, while the size of H1N1 virus is about 0.1µ. Hence, dependence on N95 to protect against H1N1 is like protecting against rain with an umbrella made of mosquito net.

Tamiflu does not kill but prevents H1N1 from further proliferation till the virus limits itself in about 1-2 weeks (its natural cycle). H1N1, like other Influenza A viruses, only infects the upper respiratory tract and proliferates (only) there. The only portals of entry are the nostrils and mouth/ throat. In a global epidemic of this nature, it's almost impossible not coming into contact with H1N1 in spite of all precautions. Contact with H1N1 is not so much of a problem as proliferation is.

While you are still healthy and not showing any symptoms of H1N1 infection, in order to prevent proliferation, aggravation of symptoms and development of secondary infections, some very simple steps – not fully highlighted in most official communications - can be practiced (instead of focusing on how to stock N95 or Tamiflu):

1. Frequent hand-washing (well highlighted in all official communications).

2. "Hands-off-the-face" approach. Resist all temptations to touch any part of face (unless you want to eat, bathe or slap).

3. Gargle twice a day with warm salt water (use Listerine if you don't trust salt). H1N1 takes 2-3 days after initial infection in the throat/ nasal cavity to proliferate and show characteristic symptoms. Simple gargling prevents proliferation. In a way, gargling with salt water has the same effect on a healthy individual that Tamiflu has on an infected one. Don't underestimate this simple, inexpensive and powerful preventative method.

4. Similar to 3 above, clean your nostrils at least once every day with warm salt water. Not everybody may be good at Jala Neti or Sutra Neti (very good Yoga asanas to clean nasal cavities), but blowing the nose hard once a day and swabbing both nostrils with cotton buds dipped in warm salt water is very effective in bringing down viral population.

5. Boost your natural immunity with foods that are rich in Vitamin C (Amla and other citrus fruits). If you have to supplement with Vitamin C tablets, make sure that it also has Zinc to boost absorption.

6. Drink as much of warm liquids as you can. Drinking warm liquids has the same effect as gargling, but in the reverse direction. They wash off proliferating viruses from the throat into the stomach where they cannot survive, proliferate or do any harm.

All these are simple ways to prevent, within means of most households, and certainly much less painful than to wait in long queues outside Govt. hospitals.

David Woodland dengan secara tidak sengaja telah memberitahu dia menjangkakan bahawa sejenis wabak selsema kemungkinan akan menyerang masyarakat dunia. Kenyataan itu tidak popular ketika itu kerana dunia sudah lupa dengan isu selsema burung.Namun, kenyataan itu berjaya dihidu sebagai “agenda tersembunyi” oleh seorang penyiasat konspirasi terkenal dari barat iaitu David Icke. Beliau percaya kenyataan Woodland ada agenda tersembunyi yang boleh membangkitkan kesangsian pada masa depan.Melalui forum konspirasinya itu, Icke cuba mempertikaikan mengapa kerajaan Amerika beria-ia menyumbang dana yang begitu besar dalam penyelidikan wabak selsema.

Pembinaan Senjata BiologiJika seseorang individu boleh mencipta vaksin bagi sesuatu virus, sudah pastilah individu tersebut tahu segala selok-belok pembiakan virus tersebut. Maka kerja-kerja untuk menyebarkan virus selsema adalah lebih mudah dari membina vaksin.Indvidu seperti Dr . Ralph Steinman disyaki sebagai salah seorang yang terlibat secara aktif dalam agenda tersembunyi ini iaitu penyelidikan dan pembinaan senjata biologi ini.Ralph Steinman disyaki kerana kerja-kerja beliau dibantu oleh saintis-saintis dari pasukan US Navy. Steinman mempunyai ramai pakar-pakar di m akma l Universiti Rockefeller tetapi arahan dari Bush untuk bekerjasama dengan saintis-saintis tentera amat meragukan. Tambahan pula m akma l Institute Trudeau berada di lokasi yang sama dengan m akma l US Navy iaitu di Saranac Lake , New York .Amerika adalah antara negara yang paling berminat dalam pembinaan senjata biologi sejak 1918 lagi. Amerika sehingga hari ini bertindak seperti biasa untuk mencari alasan membuka Program Senjata Biologi mereka.Kaedah yang digunakan adalah sama iaitu menyebarkan wabak, mengorbankan beberapa nyawa di Amerika, kemudian membuat teori kemampuan pengganas menggunakan senjata biologi. Dan teori itu dipopularkan sepenuhnya melalui artikel-artikel dan forum-forum di televisyen dan akhbar.KesimpulanWalaupun selsema babi itu kelihatan seperti serangan alam, tetapi ia tidak mustahil boleh dimanipulasikan bagi kepentingan pihak tertentu. Amerika adalah antara negara yang paling cepat bertindak dalam sebarang kes selsema di dunia.


Amerika adalah negara yang paling cepat mendapat vaksin bagi kes-kes selsema sebelum ini. Amerika juga adalah antara negara pelik. Setiap kali berlaku isu selsema di dunia, maka setiap itulah pasukan tenteranya menerima peruntukan tambahan.Kes Anthrax dan Selsema Burung sahaja telah menyebabkan ; * Biodefense Medical Research and Development menerima peruntukan USD1.6 juta setahun sejak 2003 * Program baru National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasure Center dibentuk. * 600,000 orang tentera Amerika diberi imunisasi bagi menahan serangan wabak selsema tetapi rakyat Amerika tidak diberi.Isu selsema babi amat sesuai dengan kenyataan White House sendiri pada 28 April 2008 yang menyebut; “Bioterrorism is a real threat to our country. It’s a threat to every nation that loves freedom. Terrorist groups seek biological weapons; we know some rogue states already have them…. Beliau berkata dengan penuh yakin; “I will say that Israel has the best solution to this threat in the world,”Menurut akhbar Jerusalem Post lagi, Eiland juga memberi isyarat bahawa Israel amat serius dalam program Bio-defense atau Senjata Biologi. Eiland menambah dengan mengatakan; “I can say with certainty that Israel has prepared a series of steps designed to deal with biological warfare.”Kenyataan Eiland itu boleh menimbulkan pelbagai spekulasi dan teori kerana ia dibuat dalam suasana masyarakat dunia baru sahaja berhadapan dengan kes Selsema Babi. Sedangkan kenyataan yang Eiland keluarkan seolah-olah mereka sudah pun mengetahui bahawa wabak selsema itu akan merebak.(Kiri) Giora Eiland (Kanan) Uzi AradBukan sahaja kenyataan Eiland yang menimbulkan tanda tanya, tetapi statusnyanya sekarang sebagai bekas pengarah amat diragui. Sepatutnya kenyataan rasmi dikeluarkan oleh pengarah sekarang iaitu Prof. Uzi Arad yang juga bekas perisik Mossad.Giora Eiland merupakan pengarah pada tahun 2005-2006, sekiranya kenyataan Eiland mendahului kenyataan Arad, maka tidak syak lagi pembinaan vaksin untuk wabak ini telah pun berlangsung pada zam an beliau menjadi pengarah INSC.Siapa sebenarnya Giora Eiland?Jeneral Mejar Giora Eiland merupakan warganegara Israel yang telah berkhidmat dengan Israel Defense Forces (IDF) lebih 34 tahun. Pada 1999, beliau secara rasminya telah dinaikkan pangkat ke status Jeneral Mejar dan diamanahkan sebagai Pengarah Operasi IDF.Giora Eiland adalah antara individu yang amat berpengaruh di dalam setiap perencanaan dasar peperangan Israel dan Palestin selain Ehud Barak. Beliau juga merupakan antara orang yang bertanggungjawab dalam program pembinaan Senjata Biologi di Israel.Pada 4 Mei 2009 (Isnin) baru-baru ini, akhbar Los Angeles Times melaporkan hakim mahkamah tinggi Sepanyol iaitu Fernando Andreu telah mengeluarkan kenyataan bahawa mahkamah tinggi Sepanyol akan meneruskan siasatan terhadap jenayah kemanusiaan yang dilakukan oleh 7 orang pegawai tentera Israel berkenaan pengeboman orang awam di Gaza.Program Pembinaan Senjata Biologi IsraelProgram senjata biologi Israel bukan satu program baru dan ianya langsung tidak berpaksikan alasan kejadian 11 September 2001 di New York . Tarikh itu adalah kepunyaan Amerika sebagai modal menjaja akta-akta keselamatan negara khususnya dalam mendapatkan peruntukan membina senjata biologi.Dalam permulaan pembinaan senjata biologi, Israel menggunakan alasan berbeza daripada Amerika. Alasan yang digembar-gemburkan di media-media antarabangsa ialah peristiwa Holocaust.Istilah “holocaust” bukan sahaja dibina untuk memalsukan sejarah Israel tetapi ia berfungsi untuk menjadi modal kertas-kertas kerja kementerian pertahan Israel dalam meyakinkan masyarakat Israel sendiri terhadap sebarang persediaan perang.Pada 1948, Perdana Menteri pertama Israel , David Ben Gurion telah melancarkan satu program pertahanan jangka panjang iaitu program pembinaan senjatan biologi.Program itu dibina atas dasar memastikan peristiwa Holocaust tidak berlaku lagi kepada masyarakat Yahudi dan ia juga dijadikan alasan sebagai melindungi Israel dari ancaman pengganas.(Gambar) David Ben Gurion Langsungan dari propaganda itu, Ben Gurion telah menubuhkan Israel Institute for Biological Research (IIBR) pada 1952. Individu pertama yang diberi tanggungjawab mengendalikan penyelidikan-penyelidikan di IIBR ialah Prof. Ernest Bregmann.(Kiri) Logo IIBR (Kanan) Bangunan IIBR di Ness Ziona , Israel .Keunikan IIBR ialah, institut ini diletakkan terus bidang kuasanya di bawah Perdana Menteri Israel disamping menerima sokongan daripada Kementerian Pertahanan. Kini, IIBR mempunyai lebih dari 150 saintis yang berkerja di dalamnya.Kerapuhan Sistem Keselamatan IsraelWalaupun Israel maju dalam pembinaan sistem pertahanan dan teknologi yang cangih, namun ia masih tetap rapuh dan merisaukan banyak pihak di Israel .Pada 1983, bekas Pengarah IIBR iaitu Marcus Klingberg telah ditangkap kerana disyaki menjadi perisik kepada Soviet Union . Namun begitu, penangkapannya dirahsiakan oleh pihak Israel sehinggalah ianya didedahkan pada 1998.Kerapuhan ini menimbulkan satu tanda tanya, bagaimanakah pihak Israel tidak sedar mereka telah melantik perisik di dalam organisasi sulit mereka iaitu IIBR.?Persoalan kedua, sekiranya kerajaan Soviet Union mengarahkan perisiknya menyamar sebagai pegawai atasan IIBR, maka sudah pastilah IIBR adalah satu unit kecil yang menjadi ancaman besar kepada dunia. Jika tidak masakan Soviet Union mengambil berat tentang IIBR.Kes terbaru yang berlaku di Israel baru-baru ini pula amat meyakinkan kita bahawa IIBR adalah punca penyebaran pelbagai wabak selsema selain dari Amerika. Pada 20 April 2009, seorang lagi bekas saintis IIBR ditangkap iaitu Dr . Yehoshua Gozas oleh unit keselamatan kementerian pertahanan Israel .Gozas disyaki telah membocorkan beberapa maklumat rahsia dari IIBR dan kini ia masih ditahan di Tel Aviv. Sehingga sekarang kerajaan Israel tidak mendedahkan dengan siapakah Gozas bekerja.KesimpulanPenyebaran wabak selsema burung, antrax dan selsema babi sekarang ini telah mentakrifkan tujuan tindakan Soviet Union mengintip IIBR sejak 26 tahun dahulu.
